Shipping policy

Processing Time

    •    All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    •    Custom wig orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified by email if additional time is needed.


Shipping Time

    •    Standard U.S. shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days after processing.

    •    International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays.


Order Tracking

    •    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    •    Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

    •    Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

    •    We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.


Delays & Liability

    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

    •    Once your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.


Digital Products

    •    Digital products (e-books, vendor lists, classes) are delivered instantly via email or download link. No physical shipping is required.
