Refund policy

All sales are final.

    •    For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, lace glue, and hot tools cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

    •    Digital products (e-books, classes, vendor lists) are non-refundable due to instant access.

    •    If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review your case.

    •    In rare cases where a replacement item is not available, we may issue store credit at our discretion.

 

Hair Quality Disclaimer

    •    Our wigs are made from 100% human hair (unless otherwise stated). Each unit may have slight variations in color, texture, or density due to the natural state of the hair.

    •    Shedding & Tangling: Minimal shedding and tangling are normal with human hair, especially before washing, conditioning, and proper installation. Excessive pulling, rough handling, or cutting the lace too close can increase shedding.

    •    Lace Care: HD and transparent lace are delicate. They require gentle handling and proper installation. Damage to lace caused by incorrect bleaching, plucking, or application is not considered a product defect.

    •    Coloring & Styling: Once hair is chemically processed (dyed, bleached, etc.) or heat styled, the hair may react differently depending on the method used. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper coloring or styling.

    •    Maintenance: For best results, wigs should be washed, conditioned, and stored properly. Using the right products and methods will extend the lifespan of your wig.
